Step I: Establish your purpose
Strong brands focus on deeper things other than focusing on how

- Aim to ease everyone’s life?

to the purpose behind everything. The mission statements highlight what you do
and the vision statement outlines what you have and hope to achieve.
Step II: Determine what makes you stand out
What do you have that others don’t? Why people should take

Review all the emotional benefits and pinpoint the one thing customers should
think of when they think of your company. That one thing is what your overall
brand should represent to the consumer.
Step IV: Perfect your Personality
Think of your brand/business/firm as a person whose every
attribute has to be conveyed and has an unmistakable personality. Describe everything about this person, convey
all the traits the company does and creates. Brand identity is not only mere
words presented by your mission or vision statement but actually are the things
and actions you promise to fulfill.
A brands identity must be visible in terms of colors, images and
the designs you choose. The way employees engage with your customer, their
tone, in short, everything counts. If something is not supporting your brand's

Step V: Be Consistent (Yet Flexible)
Consistency
is the key to success; strong brands are recognized because they are consistent
with what they do and what they produce. The colors, fonts, styles and even
images are aligned with the core of their brand. Do things that support the
heart of your brand.
Like consistency
strengthens your brand flexibility keeps you fresh and relevant. Obviously, no
one wants to change the root foundations of their brand but you should be
flexible to accept and apply new ideas.
